REINIGUNG
Trennen Sie zunächst sämtliche Unterwassergeräte von der Stromquelle bevor Sie irgendeine Arbeit in
Angriff nehmen. Entfernen Sie das Motorgehäuse (s. Abb. 3) und nehmen Sie den Vorfilter heraus. Ziehen
Sie den Rotor aus seiner Halterung. Waschen Sie alle Teile sorgfältig mit einer nicht-metallischen Bürste.
Falls erforderlich, entfernen Sie eventuelle Kalkablagerungen, indem Sie die Pumpenteile für einige
Stunden in Essig oder Zitronensaft legen. Setzen Sie die Pumpe zusammen indem Sie alle Teile wieder
an ihren richtigen Platz bringen.
AUSWECHSELN DER BUCHSEN
Sollten die Laufgeräusche der Pumpe nach längerer Laufzeit zu laut werden, wechseln Sie bitte die
Buchsen wie folgt aus: Öffnen Sie die Pumpe und entfernen Sie die alten Buchsen (s. Abb. 4) Setzen Sie
die neuen, bei Ihrem Fachhändler erhältlichen Buchsen ein. Achten Sie darauf, daß die Führungslöcher
nach innen zeigen und drücken Sie sie an, bis sie an dem dafür vorgesehenen Platz festsitzen (s. Abb. 4).
GARANTIE
Für dieses Produkt gewähren wir ab dem Kaufdatum eine 24 monatige Garantie auf Material
und werkseitige Montage. Das Gerät wurden nach den IEC EN 60 335-2-41 Sicherheitsvorschriften
konstruiert, nach sorgfältigen Arbeitsmethoden und unter Verwendung von Materialien höchster
Qualität hergestellt. Damit ist eine dauerhaft hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Leistungsstärke garantiert.
Die Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf unsachgemäße Handhabung, Beschädigung aller Art und
technische Veränderungen. Insbesondere für verschmutzte Geräte wird kein Ersatz geleistet.
Die Garantie wird gewährt, wenn das Gerät in allen Teilen vollständig und zusammen mit der
Empfangsbestätigung oder Rechnung eingereicht wird. Im Garantiefall schicken Sie das Gerät
zusammen mit dieser Urkunde und dem Rechnungsbeleg an Ihren Händler zurück. Bei gerechtfer-
tigtem Garantieanspruch behalten wir uns vor, das Gerät zu reparieren oder zu ersetzen. Ansprüche
und Folgeschäden, die aus unsachgemäßem Gebrauch, mangelnder Pflege oder Missachtung der
Sicherheitsvorschriften entstehen, sind von der Garantie ausgenommen. Verschleißschäden an
Verschleißteilen (z. B. Rotor) fallen nicht unter unseren Garantieschutz.

Länge sind nur für den Einsatz im Innenbereich geeignet.
SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN

Prüfen Sie vor Anschluß des Gerätes, ob die Betriebsspannung (siehe Aufdruck) mit der
Netzspannung übereinstimmt.

Betrieb nur mit installiertem Fehlerstromschutzschalter (max. = 0.03 A Empfindlichkeit!).

Die Pumpen 112G - 114G - 126G - 128G und 130G dürfen nur an einer Steckdose mit
Schutzleiterkontakt angeschlossen werden.

Vor jeglichem Wasserkontakt und Eintauchen der Hände sind alle im Wasser befindlichen
Geräte vom Netz zu trennen.

Das Netzkabel dieses Gerätes kann weder repariert noch ausgetauscht werden; bei Beschädigung
muß das Gerät durch ein neues ersetzt werden.

NEUER ROTOR “WHIRLER”
Um höchste Sicherheit und Laufruhe zu bieten wurde diese Pumpe mit einem einzigartigen neuen
Rotorsystem ausgestattet. Die Welle ist in das Laufrad integriert und dreht sich in zwei selbstschmirenden
Spezialbuchsen um der Abnutzung entegenzuwirken und mögliche Vibrationen zu absorbieren.
Bringen Sie die Saugnäpfe an die Pumpe an (s. Abb. 1)
REGULIERUNG
Die Pumpenleistung ist in 6 Stufen regulierbar. Um die entsprechende Pumpenleistung einzustellen,
drehen Sie den Kontrollhebel gegen min. und max. (s. Abb. 2) bis die Anzeige über die gewünschte
Fördermenge auf dem Display erscheint.
WARTUNG
Der Motor ist vollständig versigelt, durch einen Selbstschutz gegen Überhitzen abgesichert und weit-
gehend wartungsfrei. Bei Störungen zunächst die Stromzufuhr, die Anschlüsse und den Schutzschalter
der elektrischen Anlage kontrollieren, Falls alles in Ordnung ist, muß die Pumpe gereiningt werden.
Waschen Sie in regelmäßigen Abständen den Filter, den Rotor und das Pumpengehäuse (s. Abb. 3) um
Verunreinigungen und Kalkablagerungen zu vermeiden.
NETTOYAGE
Avant de mettre vos mains dans l’eau, débranchez tous les appareils électriques immergés. Deboiter le
couvercle de la pompe et enlever la crépine avec le système de régulation du débit (fig. 3). Sortir la
turbine de son emplacement. Rincer le tout sous l’eau claire à l’aide d’une brosse non métallique.
Les dépôts calcaires qui résistent peuvent être enlevés en laissant l’unité immergée dans du vinaigre ou
du jus de citron pendant quelque heures.
REMPLACEMENT DES PALIERS DE LA TURBINE
Si nécessaire (quand par example la pompe devient trop bruyante) ouvrir
la pompe et enlever les paliers (fig. 4) Emboiter les nouveaux paliers dans les ergots
correspondants (fig. 5).
GARANTIE
Le matériel et l’assemblage de cette unité, sont garanti pendant 24 mois de la date d’achat. L’unité
a été fabriquée en conformité aux Normes de Sécurité IEC EN 60 335-2-41 avec les technologies les
plus modernes en utilisant des matériaux de qualité pour garantir la puissance, la fiabilité et une
longue satisfaction. Cette garantie ne couvre pas les défauts dus à altération, négligence, mauvaise
utilisation, modifications techniques ou le mauvais entretien. La garantie sera reconnue unique-
ment si l’unité est retournée dans son intégrité, accompagnée par la preuve ou facture d’achat.
Pour utiliser cette garantie retourner l’unité au fournisseur avec ce bon de garantie complété et
la preuve d’achat. Nous nous réservons le droit de remplacer ou réparer les unités retournées sous
garantie. Cette garantie ne couvre pas les défauts causés par emploi non convenable, par négligen-
ce ou la non-observance des normes de sécurité. Les pièces (ex. la turbine) sujets à l’usure ne sont
pas couvertes par cette garantie.

Cet appareil n’est pas destine à être utilisé par des personnes (enfants et compris) aux capacités
physiques, sensorielles ou intellectuelles limitées ou d’expérience ou de connaissance, à moins
qu’elles ne se trouvent sous la surveillance d’une personne responsable de la sécurité ou obéissent
à ses recommandations sur la manière d’utiliser l’appareil.
Veillez surveiller les enfants afin de pouvoir être certain qu’ils ne jouent pas avec l’appareil.

L’usage des pompes 112 - 114 - 126 - 128 et 130 avec cables bipolaires, doit être strictement
réservé aux aquariums.

Les pompes 112G - 114G - 126G - 128G et 130G avec cables tripolaires de 1,5 ou 3 mètres
doivent être réservées à un usage intérieur (petites fontaines etc.).
PRECAUTIONS D’EMPLOI

Vérifier que la tension de votre circuit corresponde bien au voltage indiqué sur l’etiquette.
♦
A’ n’utiliser qu’avec un disjoncteur différentiel = 0.03A.
♦
Si l’appareil est muni d’un cable avec mise à terre, il faut le brancher à une prise reliée à la
terre.
♦
Debrancher toutes les installations électriques avant de mettre vos mains dans l’eau.
♦
Le cable de cet appareil ne peut être ni réparé ni remplacé. En cas de dommage il faut remplacer
l’unité complète.
♦
Si l’unité porte ly symbole symbole elle doit être utilisée seulement à l’interieur.
♦
Avertissement: à ne pas utiliser dans piscines ou salles de bain.
♦
Cet appareil est à utiliser dans des eaux à température de 35°C maxi.

“WHIRLER”
Pour garantir son caractère particulièrement fiable et silencieux, cette pompe est equipée d’un nouveau
système de turbine. L’axe tourne en restant solidaire de l’aiment gràce à des paliers en matériau spécifi-
que, autolubrifiant et resistant à l’usure, qui assure aussi l’absorbption des vibrations.
Fixer les ventouses sur la pompe comme indiqué en fig. 1.
REGULATION DU DEBIT
La pompe est equipée d’un robinet de régulation de débit à six positions, avec indica-
teur du débit. Tournez le robinet vers min. pour diminuer le débit ou vers max. pour
l’augmenter, jusqu’à ce que la valeur désirée du debit apparaisse dans la fenêtre
d’indication (fig. 2).
ENTRETIEN
Le moteur est entièrement encapsulé et protegé contre les surchauffes, il n’a pas besoin d’entretien. Si
l’unité ne fonctionne pas, vérifier avant tout le branchement électrique, le disjoncteur etc., si tout est
parfait l’appareil devrait simplement être à nettoyér!
Il est recommandé de nettoyer régulièrement la crépine, la turbine et la chambre à eau (fig. 3) en
prenant soin d’éliminer tous les dépôts.
Regular cleaning of the strainer, the rotor/impeller and the pump chamber (fig. 3) is recommended to
remove any debris and lime-scale, which could block the unit.
CLEANING
Prior to any work on the unit, disconnect all electrical equipment from the mains.
Remove the pump cover (fig. 3) and take off the strainer. Pull the rotor from its location. Carefully rinse
all components under running water cleaning with a non-metallic brush such as toothbrush. If neces-
sary remove lime-scale by leaving the components immersed in vinegar or lemon juice for few hours.
Reassemble the unit so that all components are placed in their original position.
REPLACING THE BUSHINGS
If the pump becomes too noisy after prolonged running, replace the bushings as follows.
Open the pump and remove old bushings (fig. 4). Replace with new bushings from your dealer just by
pushing them with your thumb until they stop in their seats. Take care that holes for shaft are oriented
toward the inside (fig. 5).
WARRANTY
With this product we offer you a guarantee of 24 months from the date of purchase on materials
and manufacturing faults. This unit has been manufactured according to the IEC EN 60 335-2-41
Safety Standards, using high quality materials and the most accurate manufacturing processes to
grant the highest satisfaction and long lasting. This guarantee does not cover any mishandling,
damage or technical modification to the unit. No replacement will be given for units that have
not been properly maintained. The guarantee will be honoured only if the unit is returned in its
whole and together with the receipt or proof of purchase. In case of returning under guarantee,
please return it accompanied by this certificate of guarantee and the proof of purchase to your
supplier. We do reserve the right to repair or replace the unit. The guarantee does not cover cases of
damages that may result from misuse, tampering and negligence or from not observing of the Safety
Warnings. This guarantee does not cover parts subjected to natural wearing and tear (i.e. rotors).

This equipment is not intended for use by persons (including children) with limited physical, sen-
sory or mental abilities or for persons with no experience or knowledge unless they are supervised
by a person responsible for safety or unless they have received from such a person instructions
on how to use the equipment. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with

Pumps 112 - 114 - 126 - 128 and 130 have a 2-core cable and must be used only indoor and in aquariums.

Pumps 112G - 114G - 126G - 128G and 130G having 3-core 1.5 or 3 metres long cable, are only for indoor use.
♦
Only pumps having 10 mts long cable can be used outdoor.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Consult a qualified electrician if you have any doubts about wiring this product to the mains supply.

Check that the voltage shown on the label of the unit corresponds to the voltage of the mains supply.

The models 112G - 114G - 126G - 128G and 130G must be connected to an earthed socket.

Only pumps fitted with 10 metres of cable are intended for outdoor use. These should be connected
to the mains by either a weatherproof cable connector, or connected to the fixed wiring of the mains
system by means other than a conventional plug and socket.

Connect the unit only to power supplies with residual current circuit breaker (RCCD) with sensitivity
of 30 mA.
♦
The models fitted with 1.5 - 3 mtr cable supplied with an earthed plug and must be connected to an
earthed socket only.
♦
Always disconnect all electrical appliances from the mains before placing your hands in the water.
♦
The line cord cannot be replaced or repaired. Should the cord become damaged the appliance must
be discarded.
♦
Units marked with on the label are for indoor use only.
♦
This unit must not be used in swimming pools or bathrooms.

This appliance has been designed for use in fluids up to 35°C.

It is necessary to conform to the regulations of the local electricity authority, which will state that

Brown to Live or Red-coloured terminal. Earthed units have a Green or Green/Yellow earth wire and this
must be connected to the Earth terminal

NEW STYLE “WHIRLER” ROTOR
For superior reliability and quietness this unit is equipped with a unique new rotor system. Unlike other
products the shaft is integral part of the impeller and rotates in two special self-lubricating bushes to
withstand wear and tear and absorb possible vibrations.
Mount the rubber feet on the pump as per fig. 1.
ADJUSTING THE FLOW
The pump has a 6-position flow control dial. Rotate the valve toward min. or max. indicator (fig. 2) until
the desired flow appears on the display.
MAINTENANCE
The motor is fully encapsulated and self protected against overheating and needs no particular care. If
the pump fails to work, first check the electrical supply, connections, circuit breaker etc. If these are
correct, the pump needs to be cleaned.
