I.Introductionaboutthefunctions

Digitalstroboscopetachometerisarotationspeedmeasuringdevicethatmakesuseofpersistenceofvision(whenthe

anobjectcanbeeasilyobservedwiththenakedeye.Byusingthismethod,therotationspeedofvariousrotatingobjectscan

bemeasured,andthemovementanddefectsonthesurfaceofanobjectcanbeinspectedordetected.Itiswidelyusedtodetect

thedefectsonthesurfaceandmovementtrackofhigh-speedrotatingobjectssuchasvarioustypesofrotors,meshing

gears,vibrationdiagnosticequipmentaswellastextiles,printingproductionlines,etc.
