Installing the M-LOK
Mounting Kit
Ensure the safety and security of your weapon
before changing the offset mount on the light.
INSTALL THE OFFSET MOUNT
yRemove existing Picatinny mount from the
weapon light with supplied Allen wrench. Discard
Allen screws.
yPosition mount on the rail where desired and install
using the included Torx screws and lock washers.
yLoosen M-LOK fasteners enough to allow the
toggle nuts to pass through rail slot.
yTighten each mounting screw, ensuring toggle nuts
turn 90 degrees against slot.
INSTALL REMOTE PRESSURE
SWITCH MOUNT
yRemove existing Picatinny remote pressure
switch that came with your LGL-Series weapon
light if needed.
yLoosen the M-LOK fasteners on the new
pressure pad mount (NS-PIC2) enough to allow
the toggle nuts to pass through the rail slot. Tighten
each mounting screw, ensuring toggle nuts turn 90
degrees against slot.
yThe pressure pad mount has a spring-loaded stop
to hold the RPS in place. To install the switch, push
down on the retention stop and slide the RPS fully
into place. The pressure pad mount allows the switch
to be installed in either direction, depending on your
conguration.
ATTACH WIRE MANAGEMENT CLAMP
yIf installed, remove existing Picatinny wire
management clamp. To install the new wire
management clamp (NS-WM2), rst separate the
cover from the base with the Torx wrench.
yLoosen both M-LOK fasteners on the base to allow
the toggle nuts to pass through rail slot. Tighten
each mounting screw, ensuring toggle nuts turn 90
degrees against slot.
yRoute the RPS wire through channels in the cover
depending on your conguration. Hold to ensure
wires stay in the channels while placing the cover
onto the base. Tighen cover screw. Note: If the cover
does not sit ush, check that the wire is properly set
into the channels.
y Tighten the Torx cover screw.

2 YEAR WARRANTY
Bayco Products, Inc. warrants this product to be
free from defects in workmanship and materials to the
original purchaser for 2 year from the date of purchase,
and includes the LEDs, housing, lenses, electronics,
switches, rechargeable batteries and chargers. Bulbs
(other than LEDs) are covered for 90 days from the date
of purchase.
We will repair or replace this product should we
determine it to be defective. This is the only warranty,
expressed or implied, including any warranty of
merchantability or tness for a particular purpose.
