personswithoutsupervision.
• Youngchildrenmustbesupervisedtoensurethattheydonot
playwiththeairconditioner.
• Iftherefrigerationgasblowsoutorleaks,stoptheoperationof
theairconditioner,thoroughlyventilatetheroom,andcontact
your dealer.
• Wheninstalling,relocating,orservicingtheairconditioner,
useonlythespeciedrefrigerantwrittenontheoutdoorunitto
chargetherefrigerantlines.Donotmixtherefrigerantwithany
otherrefrigerant,anddonotallowairtoremaininthelines.
- Ifairismixedwiththerefrigerant,thenitmaycauseabnormalhigh
pressureintherefrigerantlines,resultinginanexplosionandother
hazards.
- Theuseofanyrefrigerantotherthanthatspeciedforthe
systemwillcausemechanicalfailure,systemmalfunction,or
unitbreakdown.Intheworstcase,thiscouldleadtoaserious
impediment to securing product safety.
- It may also be in violation of applicable laws.
- MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC CORPORATION cannot be held
responsible for malfunctions or accidents resulting from the use of
the wrong type of refrigerant.
• Thisindoorunitshouldbeinstalledinaroomwhichisequal
toorlargerthantheoorspacespeciedintheoutdoorunit
installation manual. Refer to the outdoor unit installation manual.
• Only use means recommended by the manufacturer to accelerate
thedefrostingprocessortoclean.
• This indoor unit shall be stored in a room that has no
continuously-operatingignitiondevicesuchasopename,gas
appliance, or electrical heater.
• Donotpierceaholeinorburnthisindoorunitorrefrigerant
lines.
• Beawarethattherefrigerantmaybeodour-free.
