Remove the protective film on both
sides of the 1mm-thick thermal pad.
Warning
If using the 1mm thermal pad
on the M.2 drive and it prevents
M.2 drive from mating with the
enclosure’s connector correctly,
please use the 0.7mm thermal
pad instead.
(Optional)

If there is a significant height difference between
the components on the M.2 drive, use an unused
thermal pad, cut it into small pieces and paste it
onto the shorter component for a complete
contact with the thermal pad.
