• Press Reset Buon: Reboot the
dashcam.
• Hold Reset Buon: When you
hear the startup music, it
means the dashcam is restored
to defaults.
Clean the windshield and
paste the electrostac film
onto it.
Avoid introducing air bubble.
DO NOT paste the film
repeatedly.
Install the dashcam onto the
center of the electrostac
film. Connect the dashcam
with one end of the power
cord along the red line
shown in figure.
Connect the other end of
power cord to the car
charger and connect car
charger to cigaree lighter.
Adjust the surveillance
angle and the installaon is
completed.
Scan the QR code to download and
install HikDashcam app.
Add the dashcam to the app.
a. Run the HikDashcam app.
b. Tap Wi-Fi Connecon.
c. In Wi-Fi list, select the Wi-Fi SSID
of the target dashcam and enter
Wi-Fi password to build
connecon.
• You can set the parameters of the
dashcam.
• For iOS, you need to go to Wi-Fi
sengs of your phone to connect
to the Wi-Fi of dashcam.
Edit the dashcam password to
acvate it to avoid abnormal
recording aer connecng to Wi-Fi.

Dashcam Wi-Fi default parameters:
• Wi-Fi SSID: HIKVISION-F6-XXXX
(XXXX refers to the last four
characters of verificaon code.)
• Wi-Fi password: 1234567890
(please edit password aer logging in
for the first me.)
Power On and Power Off
Power On: When you start up the engine, the dashcam powers on.
Power Off: When you turn off the engine, the dashcam powers off.
Recording
Two recording types are provided: Normal Reording and Emergency
Recording. Sound and mute recordings are selectable. Sound recording is set
as default. You can tap on the screen or turn off sound recoding in app.
Safety Instrucon
These instrucons are intended to ensure that users can use the
product correctly to avoid danger or property loss.
Cauons: Injury or equipment damage may occur if any of the
cauons are neglected.
• In the use of the dashcam, you must be in strict compliance with
the local laws and regulaons.
• Keep the user manual properly for future reference. See inial
connecon of dashcam in user manual.
• Purchase the TF card from legal channel. To ensure safe and
stable data transmission, it is recommended to use TF card of
Class 10 or above.
• Format the new TF card first before using the card.
• To protect TF card from damage, shut down the dashcam before
installing and uninstalling TF card.
• If the dashcam is directly connected with the vehicle power
system, you are recommended to power off the dashcam when
the engine is off. Disconnect cigaree lighter to avoid insufficient
voltage and abnormal startup. Reconnect cigaree lighter to
ensure dashcam work normally when you start the car again.
• Operang temperature is from -20 C to 70 C (-4 F to 158 F). To
protect the dashcam, DO NOT use it in high temperature, low
temperature, or high-humidity environment. Keep the dashcam
from rain and dust.
• The manual is subject to update. The funcons of dashcam may
vary according to different models.
*The driving assistance funcon of the device only sends alarm or
warning to the driver and cannot replace the driver’s judgement
and operaon. With the device, you also should drive carefully to
avoid traffic accident or violaon. Pedestrian or object recognion
failure or recognion error may occur due to external factors. DO
NOT overly rely on the driving assistance funcon.

• The power mode of cigaree lighter may vary by different vehicle
types. Some may be powered constantly. In this case, please
make sure that the dashcam stops aer you turn off the vehicle
engine. Otherwise, insufficient voltage may occur to vehicle baery.
• Make sure you have connected the dashcam to power according to
Step 2 and Step 3 in Installaon secon.
