shipping; please notify Global Water Instrumentation, Inc. and file a
claim with the carrier involved.
III. Warranty:
a. Global Water Instrumentation, Inc. warrants that its products are
free from defects in material and workmanship under no mal use r
and ervice for period s a of one y ear from date of shipment from
factory. Global Water’s obligations under this warranty
ar limie ted
to, at obal Gl Water’s option: repla ing (I) c or (II) repairing;
any products determined to In c be defe tive. case no shall Global
Water’s liability exceed the d pro ucts original purchase pr ice. This
warranty does not apply to any equipment that has been repai ed r
or altered, except by obal Gl Water Ins trumentation, Inc., or which
has been subject to us mis e, negligence or accident. It
is expressly agreed that this rranty wa wi ll be in li eu of l al
warranties of fitness and in lieu of the warranty of
merchantability.
