Safety Instruction
Please note that the optical ber quick connector should only be used in
accordance with these instructions, as careless use can lead to injuries.
The quick connector enables a fast and secure optical ber connection and can
be used for FTTH, CATV applications.. Delock is not liable for damage caused in
attempt to apply this device to other applications.
Application
1. Remove the SC connector and the cable gland from the quick connector.
2. Insert the cable gland through the ber optic cable.
3. Strip the ber optic cable to a length of 50 mm.
4. Strip the ber coating, leaving at least 18 mm.
Sicherheitshinweise
Bitte beachten Sie, den LWL Schnellverbinder nur gemäß dieser Anleitung zu
benutzen, da es bei unachtsamer Ausführung, zu Verletzungen führen kann.
Dieser Schnellverbinder ermöglicht eine schnelle und sichere Glasfaserverbindung
und eignet sich für FTTH, CATV Anwendungen. Delock kann nicht haftbar
gemacht werden für Schäden, die bei dem Versuch entstehen, dieses Gerät für
andere Anwendungen einzusetzen.
Anwendung
1. Entfernen Sie den SC Stecker und die Kabelverschraubung vom
Schnellverbinder.
2. Führen Sie die Verschraubung durch das Glasfaserkabel.
3. Abisolieren Sie das Glasfaserkabel auf die Länge von 50 mm.
4. Abisolieren Sie den Fasermantel und lassen Sie mindestens 18 mm übrig.

5. Cut o the excess ber.
6. Open the connector and push the ber inside. The ber should be bent a bit.
7. Keep the bend of the ber and close the connector.
8. Put the SC male back to the connector.
Reuse
1. Remove the SC male, put the lock to opened position.
2. Screw out the end cap and take the ber cable out for re-assembling.
5. Schneiden Sie die überschüssige Faser ab.
6. Önen Sie den Verbinder und drücken Sie die Faser ein. Die Faser sollte ein
wenig gebogen werden.
7. Behalten Sie die Biegung der Faser bei und schließen Sie den Verbinder.
Anschließend wird die Endkappe verschraubt.
8. Stecken Sie den SC Stecker wieder auf den Verbinder.
Wiederverwendung
1. Entfernen Sie den SC Stecker und bringen Sie den Verschluss in die Position
zum Önen.
2. Schrauben Sie die Endkappe ab und nehmen Sie die Glasfaser heraus.
