1. Attach the shaver head as described in
“TO SWITCH TRIMMER HEADS” section
2. Move the power switch to the position.ON
3. Hold the shaving foil against the skin, moving
the shaver gently against the direction of
hair growth.
4. Don’t push too hard against the skin as this
will cause irritation and may damage the foil.
5. As your skin may be sensitive after shaving,
test your moisturizer on a small patch of skin
and wait to see if irritation occurs.
6. Cleaning: After each use you will need to
clean the shaver head to ensure continued
performance.
7. Move the power switch to the ON/OFF
OFF position.
8. Remove the shaver head from the handle.
9. Remove the foil head
assembly from the shaver
head by pushing on the
two side buttons and
pulling the foil away from
the head (see Fig. 4).
10. Using the supplied cleaning brush, gently
brush the hair away from the cutter. Blow the
hair off the foil; do not use the brush on the foil,
it will cause damage.
11. The shaver head may also be rinsed under
water. Be sure to allow both to dry before using.
To maintain the best cutting performance, be
sure to replace the foil head and cutter after
every six months of regular use. Contact
Conair Consumer Service to order the
replacement parts.
SHAVING YOUR UNDERARMS
1. Prepare your underarms for wet or dry
shaving. (Be sure that your skin is clean and
free of deodorant.)
2. Turn the shaver on.
3. Lift your arm until the skin under the arm
stretches slightly.
4. Use the trimmer head first to remove any
long hair, stroking trimmer against the direction
of hair growth.
5. Hold the shaver so that it is in full contact
with your skin, and shave with gentle strokes.
6. It is important to press lightly. Pressing too
hard may lead to skin irritation.
7. When finished shaving, turn the shaver off.
Important: After several uses, you will be able
to determine the optimum shaving method for
your underarms.
USING THE SHAVER
The shaver head is designed to provide a clean,
close shave to your legs, arms, and underarms.
Take care with the foil as it is very sensitive and
easily damaged. Always inspect it for damage
before you use it. Never use a foil that is
damaged, as this can result in injury. Make sure
your skin is clean and dry before use. Do not use
any lotions or oils before shaving.
SHAVING
NOTE: If you are switching to an electric or
battery-operated shaver for the first time, it
will take 12 uses for your skin and hair to
adjust to this new method of removing hair.
Do not evaluate performance until you have
allowed your skin and hair time to adjust.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. To use, push ON/OFF switch upward to the
ON position.
2. After use, push down on the ON/OFF switch
to turn power handle off.
SHAVING YOUR LEGS/BIKINI AREA
NOTE: Pushing the shaver head against the skin
too hard will not allow the hair to enter the foils
and be cut. Experience will show just the right
pressure to use to maximize performance.
1. Prepare your legs for wet or dry shaving.
2. Turn shaver on.
3. Shave with smooth, steady strokes up and
down your skin.
4. Keep the full shaving head in contact with
your skin.
5. For best results, shave against the direction of
hair growth.
6. When you finish shaving, turn the shaver off.
Important: After several uses, you will be able
to determine the optimum shaving method for
your legs and bikini area.

WARNING –
1. Women whose skin is sensitive to cosmetics
or easily irritated by shaving, or who suffer from
a skin allergy, should test one section of the leg
or arm before using the shaver head.
2. The foils are thin and precisely finished
pieces. Do not press hard against the foils,
or drop foils. A warped or distorted foil
will produce poor shaving results. Also,
a damaged foil may cause skin injury.
A damaged foil should be replaced
immediately.
3. When cleaning, use cold or warm water.
Do not use hot water, seawater, or cleaners,
as they can cause damage to the waterproof
seals.
4. Do not leave the entire unit submerged in
water for a long period of time.
5. To prevent possible damage to the foils and
the cutter, women who use underarm deodorant
must thoroughly clean and air-dry the foil and
cutter after each use. Failure to do this may
result in corrosion of the cutters.
6. This appliance is not a toy. Keep away
from children.
TROUBLESHOOTING
There are several things to look for if your unit
fails to operate:
1. Be sure the power handle is turned ON.
2. Make sure that the batteries are properly
placed in the battery compartment. Test the
batteries to be sure they are working.
3. Check the blades to see if they are clogged
with hair clippings; if so, use the cleaning brush
to remove hair.
4. If the unit still fails to operate, take or send
it to a Conair Service Center (see warranty
procedure and addresses).

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove the battery
compartment cover by
pushing in and down
toward the bottom of the
power handle (Fig. 1).
2. Align the two AAA
batteries (included) with
the positive and negative
positions indicated inside
the battery compartment.
Being careful not to
bend the clips, insert the
negative end of each
battery first so it will slip
easily into place.
3. Return the battery cover to its original position
by pushing it in and up until you hear a small
click as it locks into place.
4. Ensure the batteries are installed correctly
with regard to polarity (+ and -).
5. Remove the batteries if they are no longer
functional or if the trimmer is left unused for
an extended period of time.
6. Clean the battery contacts and also those
of the device prior to battery installation.
7. Remove used batteries promptly.
8. Always purchase the correct size and grade
of battery most suitable for its intended use.
9. Replace all batteries of a set at the
same time.
10. Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix
alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable
(nickel cadmium or nickel metal hydride)
batteries.
GETTING STARTED
TO SWITCH TRIMMER HEADS
Hold the power handle while turning the trimmer
head counterclockwise until the “I” mark is
aligned properly with the “arrow” mark (Fig. 2).
At this point you should be able to easily lift the
trimmer head from the handle. To use a new
trimmer head on the unit, properly install the
head into position. Making sure the “I” mark is
aligned with the “arrow” mark, turn clockwise
until the “I” and “circle” marks are aligned
(Fig. 3) and lock into position

TRIMMING
1. Attach the trimming head as described in
“TO SWITCH TRIMMER HEADS” section.
2. To fully remove hair or to outline the
bikini area, use the trimmer without the
attachment comb.
3. When removing hair, gently move the blades
against the direction of growth.
4. To outline, place the blades perpendicular
to the skin surface and apply the blades to the
edge of the hair. Use the blades to create the
desired outline.
5. For the cleanest finish, follow up with the
foil shaver.
6. For cutting hair without completely removing
it, attach the 3-position comb to the head. Place
the comb on the cutting blades first, and then
snap down onto the back of the trimmer head.
7. Start with the longest setting by moving the
comb switch away from the back of the trimmer.
8. Gently move the comb through the hair in the
direction of growth.
9. After you have done this with the longest
setting, if you want to make the hair shorter,
move to the next lowest position until the
desired length of hair is achieved.
10. After hair removal, run a comb or brush (not
included) through the hair to remove any cut,
loose hairs.
11. When you have finished, move the switch
to the position. Clean the blades with the OFF
provided brush.

Para un rendimiento óptimo, cambie la hoja
cada seis meses si usa el aparato regularmente.

CÓMO AFEITAR LAS AXILAS
1. Prepare la piel para el tipo de afeitado
deseado, con agua o en seco. Cerciórese de que
la piel está limpia, seca y libre de desodorante.
2. Encienda el aparato.
3. Alce el brazo para estirar ligeramente la piel.
4. Si el vello es largo, acórtelo primero con el
cabezal recortador, pasando la máquina en
dirección contraria al crecimiento del vello.
5. Mantenga el cabezal en pleno contacto con la
piel y afeite los vellos con movimientos suaves.
6. Es importante que no presione mucho;
hacer mucha presión puede causar irritaciones
cutáneas.
7. Después de terminar, apague el aparato.
Importante: necesitará hacer varios intentos
hasta encontrar la mejor manera de afeitar
sus axilas.
CÓMO USAR LA AFEITADORA
El cabezal de afeitado p1-ha sido diseñado para
afeitar las piernas, los brazos y las axilas de
manera limpia y precisa. Tenga cuidado con la
hoja, p1-ya que es muy frágil y se daña fácilmente.
Examínela antes de cada uso para cerciorarse
de que no está dañada. Nunca use una hoja
dañada; esto puede causar heridas. Cerciórese
de que su piel está limpia y seca. No use
lociones o aceites antes del afeitado.
AFEITADO
NOTA: si es la primera vez que usa una
afeitadora eléctrica, su piel y sus vellos
necesitarán 12 usos para acostumbrarse
a esta nueva técnica de afeitado. No evalúe
el rendimiento del aparato antes de
este tiempo.
INSTRUCCIONES DE USO
1. Para encender el aparato, deslice el
interruptor hacia arriba (“ON”).
2. Para apagar el aparato, deslice el interruptor
hacia abajo (“OFF”).
CÓMO AFEITAR LAS
PIERNAS/INGLES
NOTA: presionar las hojas demasiado contra
la piel aplasta los vellos e impide que entren
en la hoja para ser cortados. La experiencia le
enseñará cuánta presión aplicar para obtener
resultados óptimos.
1. Prepare la piel para el tipo de afeitado
deseado, en seco o con agua.
2. Encienda el aparato.
3. Mueva la máquina suavemente contra la piel,
hacia arriba y abajo.
4. Siempre mantenga el cabezal en pleno
contacto con la piel.
5. Para conseguir resultados óptimos, aféitese
en dirección contraria al crecimiento del vello.
6. Después de terminar, apague el aparato.
Importante: necesitará hacer varios intentos
hasta encontrar la mejor manera de afeitar sus
piernas/ingles.

ADVERTENCIA –
1. Si su piel es sensible a los productos
cosméticos, se irrita fácilmente cuando se afeita,
o padece de alergia, pruebe el aparato en una
pequeña sección del brazo o de la pierna antes
de usarlo.
2. Las hojas de afeitar son delgadas y precisas.
No las apriete mucho contra la piel, ni las deje
caer. Una hoja dañada o deformada impedirá
el buen funcionamiento del aparato y puede
causar heridas. Reemplace las hojas
defectuosas inmediatamente.
3. Limpie el cabezal en agua fría o tibia solamente.
No utilice agua caliente, agua salina o limpiadores;
esto puede dañar los sellos de impermeabilidad
del cabezal.
4. No sumerja el aparato en agua por un tiempo
prolongado.
5. Si usa desodorante, lave cuidadosamente y
deje secar las hojas y las cuchillas internas al aire
después de cada uso. Si no lo hace, las cuchillas
internas se pueden oxidar.
6. Este aparato no es un juguete; manténgalo
fuera del alcance de los niños.
RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS
Si su aparato no funciona correctamente:
1. Asegúrese de que el aparato está encendido
(“ON”).
2. Asegúrese de que las pilas están
debidamente instaladas. Cerciórese de que las
pilas no están agotadas.
3. Revise las cuchillas; si están obstruidas
por recortes, límpielas usando el cepillo de
limpieza provisto.
4. Si esto no soluciona el problema, devuelva
el aparato a un centro de servicio autorizado

INSTRUCCIONES DE OPERACIÓN
1. Presione y deslice la
tapa del compartimiento
de las pilas hacia
abajo para abrir el
compartimiento (Fig. 1).
2. Instale dos pilas
AAA (incluidas)
según muestra el
diagrama dentro
del compartimiento.
Introduzca el polo
negativo de cada pila
primero, teniendo
cuidado de no doblar las
patas de contacto.
3. Cierre la tapa del compartimiento de las
pilas, empujando hasta que haga clic y encaje
en su lugar.
4. Siempre respete los signos de polaridad (+/-)
al instalar las pilas.
5. Saque las pilas al final de su vida útil o si
no va a usar el aparato por un largo período
de tiempo.
6. Limpie los contactos del aparato y los de las
pilas antes de instalarlas.
7. Saque las pilas gastadas lo antes posible.
8. No utilice pilas que no sean del tamaño
ni de la potencia indicados para uso con
este producto.
9. Cambie todas las pilas al mismo tiempo.
10. No junte pilas nuevas con pilas usadas.
No junte pilas alcalinas con pilas regulares
(carbono-zinc) o pilas/baterías recargables
(NiCd o Ni-MH).
FUNCIONAMIENTO BÁSICO
CÓMO CAMBIAR EL CABEZAL
Sostenga el aparato firmemente y gire el cabezal
en sentido antihorario hasta que la marca “I” en
el cabezal coincida con la flecha en el mango
(Fig. 2). Retire el cabezal. Instale el cabezal
deseado, haciendo coincidir la marca “I” con la
flecha. Para sujetar el cabezal, gírelo en sentido
horario hasta que la marca “I” coincida con el
círculo (Fig. 3).

RECORTE Y ACABADO
1. Instale el cabezal recortador, según se
describió en la sección “CÓMO CAMBIAR
EL CABEZAL”.
2. Para rasurar los vellos o darle forma al área
del bikini, utilice el cabezal sin la guía.
3. Mueva el cabezal suavemente en dirección
contraria al crecimiento del vello.
4. Para dar forma al área del bikini, sostenga
el aparato de manera que las cuchillas estén
perpendiculares a la piel y presione hacia abajo,
creando el contorno deseado poco a poco.
5. Para conseguir un acabado limpio, afeite la
zona con el cabezal de afeitado.
6. Para acortar los vellos sin afeitarlos, instale la
guía ajustable con 3 posiciones sobre el cabezal.
Introduzca la guía sobre las cuchillas, y luego
presione la parte trasera para sujetarla.
7. Empiece con el ajuste más largo, moviendo el
botón hacia delante.
8. Acorte el vello en dirección del crecimiento
del vello, con pasadas suaves.
9. Si desea conseguir un corte aún más corto,
elija un ajuste más corto y siga acortando el
vello hasta conseguir la longitud deseada.
10. Después de terminar, cepille el vello con
un peine o un cepillo (no incluidos) para quitar
los recortes.
11. Después de terminar, apague (“OFF”)
el aparato. Limpie las cuchillas con el
cepillo provisto.
